Welcome to the official homepage of the Republic of Lopieah. The micornation was concieved in early 2005 and declared its indpendence on January 8th, 2006.

The .4 acre micronation is located in Eastern Missouri.

Our Mission

The Republic of Lopieah was created to allow it's people to live in a true republic, void of corrupt politics and businesses, governments run by lobbyists and corporations, and with true freedom of expression.


Recent Laws Passed:

Marijuana Legalized
- Marijuana is completley legal in Lopieah and carries no penalty for use or possession of any amount, however, driving under the influence of the drug is still illegal.

Recognition of Same-Sex Marriages
Same sex marriages are to be recognized by the republic, and same-sex couples may legally wed in the republic.
